Audrey Alessi is a Honolulu-based real estate advisor representing single-family, and condo homeowners and buyers across Oahu, with a specialty in  Waialae, Kahala, Kaimuki, Kailua, and Hawaii Kai. She works island-wide with clients who value thoughtful guidance, clear strategy, and a calm, relationship-driven approach to real estate.

Audrey’s original passion is psychology, and she found her purpose when she began applying that background to her real estate career. Her work is grounded in understanding people, motivations, and decision-making — skills that are especially important when navigating high-value real estate transactions. Her mission is to make a meaningful, positive impact in her clients’ lives while helping them make confident, well-informed decisions.

Prior to joining Keller Williams, Audrey worked in social work and psychology, supporting individuals with severe mental illness in group homes and at the State Hospital. That experience shaped her belief that patience, communication, and trust are essential when guiding people through major life decisions. She carries those principles into every transaction, approaching her role as a real estate consultant and advocate rather than a salesperson.
