What to Expect- The Market "
Kaneohe has something for everyone, whether you're looking for a single family home or a condo/townhouse there are plenty of possibilities. Kaneohe development picked up in the 60’s and 70s after the Pali High Tunnel was opened and the 20 minute commute became much easier on residents who worked in Honolulu's Urban Core. Today, what was once Hawaii's most fruitful lands, are now mainly residential homes. You’ll find a variety from completely revived luxury dwellings overlooking Kaneohe bay to modest family and community based neighborhoods with flourishing back yards and veggie gardens. In 2021 Kaneohe’s median SF price increased to $1,111,500 with a 26% increase year over year. On average sellers in November 2021 alone received 106.9% over asking price in a speedy 9 days on market. While Kaneohe is still considered an affordable option comparatively, it is on par with the record growth we are seeing on Oahu overall.
